EQUIPMENT WARRANTY PLAN FOR EQUIPMENT SOLD TO CONTRACTORS

TOSOT and KANION Heat Pump Warranty Plan for Clients

*Thank you for choosing TOSOT and KANION for your heating needs. We understand the importance of providing reliable and efficient equipment to our clients. To ensure your peace of mind and to support you, we offer the following warranty plan:

1. Limited Warranty Coverage (No Registration Required for 10 Years)

• All TOSOT heat pumps come with a comprehensive 10-year warranty on both parts and compressors.
• All Kanion heat pumps come with a comprehensive 2-year parts - 5 year compressor warranty.
• This warranty begins from the date of purchase and is automatically applied without the need for registration.
• A 1 year labour warranty applies to all new Tosot and Kanion installs

2. Full Unit Replacement for Major Issues

• For a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, we offer a full unit replacement for all major issues, including but not limited to, condenser or compressor failures indoor fan motors, evaporator or any significant repair that consumes a lot of time.

3. Labour Warranty (1 year labour warranty covered by Pipeology Home Solutions)

• All Tosot and Kanion product sold come with a free, 1-year labour warranty covered by Pipeology Home Solutions LTD.
• Pipeology will address all call backs within 5 business days
• The free labour warranty plan covers all issues for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Not included is general maintenance, or repairs due to damage cause by others or negligence 

4. What's Not Covered

• This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from improper usage, neglect, misuse, alterations, accidents, or acts of nature.
• Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
• Normal wear and tear, such as cosmetic issues, is not covered.

5. Warranty Claims

• In the event of a warranty claim, clients must contact The HVAC SHACK , Provide the original purchase receipt and warranty documentation as proof of purchase.
• Only Machines sold through the HVAC SHACK qualify for this warranty plan.

6. Limitations

• This warranty is valid for heat pumps used in residential and commercial settings.
• The warranty is valid within the Kootenay boundry and is subject to the local laws and regulations.
• TOSOT and KANION reserve the right to update or modify this warranty plan at any time.
